Omega Management Consulting was began in 1975 with their first work with Dr. George Litwin (former professor of Harvard Business School) at CitiBank.

Omega Management Consulting has been recognized as a leading pioneer in the area of transformational learning and creativity in organizations and in their individual executives and employees. As the Principal, Ms. Linden has developed hundreds of training programs in creative problem solving and transformational learning and growth for educators, artists, health professionals and corporate executives and managers.

Omega Management Consulting applies the technologies of organizational development, group psychodynamics, leadership training, expressive arts therapy, and the intuitive arts (meditation, visualization) in a unique approach to visioning and strategic planning, team building, communication skills, and personal and organizational growth.

For many years, Ms. Linden and Omega Management Consulting have worked in collaboration with The Forum Corporation and Dr. George H. Litwin to develop innovative management training programs in the areas of visioning, leadership, cultural change, conflict resolution and team building using the technologies listed above.

They have also worked with The Dan Adams Company: Management and Marketing Consultants appointed Ms. Linden to become their Practice Director, Change Management.
