Omega Transpersonal Drama Therapy Training Program

* Dates and times are preliminary and are subject to change to meet the needs of participants

  • Each course/training gently integrates principles and practices from drama therapy, psychodrama and transpersonal psychology
  • Each credit requires 15 hours of classroom time plus 30 hours readings and assignments
  • While the program is designed to be completed within 2 years, students design their own schedule and take as long as they need to complete the full course of studies
  • Courses will be taught by faculty and guest instructors. A complete list of teachers will be distributed during the year

* 12 equivalent credits (four of the following courses) in psychology / mental health

  • any number of these courses may be waived if the student has already successfully completed these at an accredited college or university at a MA graduate level utilizing web virtual and video technology
  • any number of these may be taken at an outside approved institute/school
  • any number of these courses may be offered for distance learners as a hybrid course

 

Advanced Counseling Techniques: Integrating action methods from drama therapy, psychodrama and sociometry with transpersonal psychology principles/practices
